Endeavor Health Services is concerned about the welfare of all individuals. Persons who are at risk for lethality, hospitalization, or out-of-home placement can receive access to services on an expedited basis through the appropriate program.

Endeavor Health Services serves all patients. We offer discounted fees for patients who qualify. We will not deny services based on a person's: Race; Color; Sex; National origin; Disability; Religion; Sexual orientation.

Endeavor Health Services accepts a variety of insurances including Medicaid and Medicare, based on program and location.


Value Network, LLC, IPA Awarded $4.6 Million Grant
Value Network, LLC, IPA has been awarded $4,611,000. The award will help behavioral health providers in Western New York transition to value-based payment, which reards providers for quality care and improved health outcomes, rather than the volume of services they provide. Endeavor is a founding member of the IPA.

Addiction Open Access Hotline
The Addiction Open Access Hotline is here to help the residents of Erie, Niagara, Allegany, Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties who are struggling with a substance use disorder.
