Discounts and Sliding Fees
Endeavor Health Services is concerned about and dedicated to the welfare of all individuals. Persons who are at risk for lethality, hospitalization, or out-of-home placement can receive access to services on an expedited, same-day basis through the appropriate program. Walk-in clients are welcome.
Endeavor Health Services serves all in need. We offer discounted fees for clients who qualify. We will not deny services based on a person’s:
